Unlocking value at the intersection of rail and industry.
A team of operators, investors, and builders dedicated to transforming freight rail transportation.
Rail-Industrial Partners was founded on a simple conviction: North America's rail and rail-served industrial infrastructure represents one of the most attractive asset classes in modern markets.
We identify, acquire, and transform rail operations, services and rail-served assets. We deploy patient capital and hands-on commercial and operational expertise to breathe new life into under-utilized assets. Through our Management & Advisory Group, we provide strategic counsel and operational oversight to owners who want to unlock value without selling.
Our team brings together deep experience in railroad operations, industrial real estate, supply chain logistics, and institutional capital deployment. We understand the unique economics of the rail industry— and we know how to transform these assets into thriving economic engines.
